STANDARD FILLING INJECTORS
Pneumatically operated filling injectors for general EPS and EPP applications.
SPLIT FILLING INJECTORS
Quick-change filling injectors designed to reduce setup and maintenance times. Sleeve and drive unit can be separated with just a few simple steps.
FILLING INJECTORS WITH EJECTION FUNCTION
Filling injectors with integrated ejection function. These fillers can eliminate the need for additional ejectors. Depending on the model, the ejection mechanism is actuated either pneumatically or mechanically.
LOST FOAM AND MICRO FILLERS
For molds and molded parts with limited space, filling injectors with extra-small plungers and nozzles are ideal.
FILLING INJECTORS – FORWARD OPENING INTO THE MOLD
Pneumatically operated filling injectors that open into the cavity – with adjustable stroke. Ideal for protecting delicate surfaces or coatings during the filling process.
LONG-STROKE AND XL FILLING INJECTORS
Fillers with long-stroke cylinders. Optionally available with extra-wide plungers and large-diameter material inlets for general EPS and EPP applications, as well as for recycled materials.
